The King of Brands Visiting Japan

Peter Thewlis based in Singapore continues his globe trotting around Asia promoting top fashion and lifestyle brands. He gets to Japan 2/3 times a year and took time out to meet and catch up on all things ETP.

For our evening meet-up we sheltered of of a typhoon (in a bar of course!) that was drenching the Tokyo area. Here is the end of the night photo of Anthony, Peter & Dermot.

Anyone else planning a vist?  - do let us know! (the bar never closes ;-)

"A little message to let you know that we met our friend Petros (Peter) in Athens when we visited a few days ago with Sylvie my wife.

Not such a big deal, but I thought we might post a picture or two on our ETP 4 blog.. just to keep trace."

Jos van der Valk surviving very well!!

Jos extended his recent trip to Japan now that he has officially become retired, but is still very active.

He had a few moments to spare from his Japan wide travels and stopped by Dermot's photo studio (Calderwood Images) to take a few casual photos. You will easily recognise Jos as you can see he hasn't changed much in 40 years.

But as we all recall he was in the 'blooming' business so that must be his secret!

It was a very pleasant evening ... and a big ooophisaashiburi ... exchanging ETP-IV stories and experiences. (well as much as we could recall :-)

It’s good to hear from all of you again at this time of the year.
The time I found how to post something again to this  blog, Christmas was gone!... Luckily, Dermot was there, to remind me the procedure.
So, with this "natsukashii" winter view of Kyoto, I hope you all had a nice Christmas, and wish all ETP members, families and friends a very Happy Holiday Season.
I was very sad to hear of Henning’s passing and wish to express my deepest sympathy to Etsuko.
I am keen to meet with many of you next spring in Brussels. It’s coming quite soon now…
Warmest wishes to all,

Jean-Pierre
